Is there the great antivirus which lets me keep a little files?

So i have norton antivirus from comcast as well as it deletes each trojon as well as alternative bad things it finds. But infrequently it deletes things i need. Yes they have been deliberate virus prior to they shift values though i need them. My hermit uses AQelite as well as everytime he downloads it Norton Removes it. Is there an antivirus which gives we a choice of deletion things or not?
